Make sure your baking powder is fresh if yours came out flat.

I recently made homemade pancakes and the recipe I found called for way too much baking powder. I'd suggest adding some vanilla or less salt, and yes i only added 1/2 tsp. The pancakes puff up so nicely on the griddle and the result was the perfect spongey, fluffy cake. Rating: 5 stars Soooo didn't have any AP gluten free flour so I used GF CAKE FLOUR instead!
