We have always loved the hotel but since reopening in July - it is not fit for purpose. With plenty of family friendly activities and venues lined up along a pedestrianized river bank between Westminster Bridge and Waterloo Bridge, visitors can always expect a casual and festive atmosphere. Once finally making it to the main check in hall we found the staff to be harassed and rushed , probably due to the 40 000 children running wild in the lobby like feral cats.
