The hotel has one coach bay. I would recommend a room only if it’s priced at £100 or under, as they are clean and comfortable but basic at the mo. We ordered from the 2 course menu for £28 I had pork and my wife had salmon, we had a bit of a wait but it was worth it piping hot and very tasty, so good we did it again! I understand a limited menu, but there should still be freshly cooked food if you are selling 3 course meals. The staff in the hotel are all helpfull and friendly. The hotel decor is nice, and very clean, it was quiet and the bed was v comfy. Again I understand the need to make adaptations but don’t charge full whack for a £1.50 packed lunch. I’d rather it was clear at time of booking and we would have just made arrangements to eat elsewhere. The hotel is only 7km from Zhengzhou Railway Station and 41km from Xinzheng International Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. In addition, Clayton Hotel Chiswick boasts the enviable location of being 20 mins from London Heathrow, and almost directly opposite the Hotel is Gunnersbury Underground Station (District Line Richmond Branch). It was really nice and reasonably priced. Thomas and his team run a tight ship here and nothing is too much trouble. Checking in was very easy and smooth.
